Welcome to my New split liners,
Dries quick and no creasing
How to use: Open lid, add a small amount of water to lid, dip brush into water (not too much) and then swirl the brush into the pigment and watch the pigmentation
Ingredients: Sericite, Glycerin, Acacia Senegal Gum, Polysorbate-20, Water.
