Please note that if you are ordering from outside the UK (including the EU), your order may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, and handling fees upon arrival in your country.
These charges are set by your local customs authority and courier and are not included in the item price or shipping cost at checkout. Beauty Moon Cosmetics has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
All parcels are correctly declared as commercial goods with the accurate value, as required by law.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are responsible for any customs charges that may apply.
We are currently exploring the IOSS scheme to allow EU taxes to be collected at checkout in the future.
Domestic Shipping
Shipping to UK mainland 2nd class standard takes 3-5 days via Royal mail
Shipping to UK mainland 1st class standard takes 1-2 days via Royal mail
Items over £10 will be sent Royal mail tracked
Fullfillment times are approx 2-3 days from ordering(except Preorders)

Returns
Return Cost
It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for return postage.
We do not reimburse the cost of returned postage
30 Days to Return
You have the right to return items unused within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the product only. We do not refund shipping costs.
Refunds only on unopened products, used products are not entitled to a refund.
Any returns after this date with be refused as outside of the 30 day return.
